Caffeine Health Benifits And Risks

Caffeine a product consumed in many forms of diet by people all over the world especially in U.S.A. as 80% people in U.S.A. can’t imagine their day routine it hour a cup of coffee i.e. most common way of consuming caffeine. Although there are many other ways in which caffeine is consumed as in form of pills, soft drinks and infamous energy drinks present all over the globe.

If consumed in a proper manner and quantity it can workout in a better way for our health.
Many of us know that consuming caffeine stimulates our mind leading to increased alertness and decrease fatigue, it happens as caffeine inhibits different adenosine receptors and their associated G protein to make a person feel alert.

As I claimed in previous post it has a major effect on our metabolic rate and circulation
, as it increases metabolic rate which will lead in burning more fats leading to production of more energy and increasing blood pressure which can be useful for hypotensive people and those suffering from blood loss.

Caffeine help in clearing colon of an individual, encouraging healthy bowels

helping one to get rid of constipation and is termed as natural enema, it also detoxifies liver which contribute a lot towards excretion.

It has been observed if an individual  is suffering from headache, nausea or anxiety mild consumption of caffeine can be an effective treatment,

Caffeine is a source of healthy antioxidants which hinders the harmful reactions of free radicals present in our body.
Diabetes inhibtus can prevented by regular consumption of caffeine as it maintains proper hormonal secretions.

Although caffeine is beneficial to health but only if consumed in proper way, if not it has many adverse effects on our body:

1. It can cause hypertension if consumed in excess leading to a fast metabolism which later may results in loss of energy.
2. It can also cause insomnia if consumed for long term in excess leading to mental instability.
3. It leads to dehydration especially in workout sessions or summer draining excess of water out of the body.

As I always say it’s just the matter of thinking and you can turn out the good out of every evil only it depends on you weather to choose the good of it or not as all of have the same brain gifted by God.
